Eleonora Noia is research fellow at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where she also collaborates with the research centre ModaCult.
She was born and raised in Basilicata, near Matera. She graduated in Sociology at Università degli Studi di Torino, city in where she currently lives. She continued her academic career at Università Cattolica of Milan, obtaining the title of PhD in May 2020. Her research work currently focuses on the interconnections between the agri-food and textile sectors, observed under the lens of cultural industries, especially considering their trajectories in the transition processes towards sustainability.
