Is currently Professor of Management of Fashion Companies at Bocconi University and faculty member of MAFED (Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management) at SDA Bocconi. Erica has been visiting professor in many international Business Schools (India, China, Canada, Turkey, Colombia, Switzerland, Norway). She is an active consultant to leading fashion and luxury companies on digital marketing, brand community engagement and change management. She is also a much sought after speaker for conferences and executive seminars all around the world. She is known for her advanced work on strategic brand management, communication and digital strategies for fashion and luxury companies. She published many renowned books and articles about fashion and luxury, among which “Managing fashion and luxury companies”, ETAS, 2010, with S. Saviolo (editions also in Chinese and Japanese).
