Luca Bergliaffa is an experienced manager with a recognized history of working within the fashion industry for a variety of luxury brands, combining product/business acumen to e-commerce management and online skills and capabilities in both physical and digital channels.
Having started more than ten year ago in brands like Valentino, Bally and Versace with retail merchandising and buying responsibilities. He moved to YNAP in the Online Flagship Stores division leading the Buying Team to support the online expansion and optimizing the assortment strategy of several e-commerce brand partners, such as Armani, Balenciaga, Chloe’, Ferrari, Dsquared2, Maison Alaia, Margiela, Missoni, Moncler, Saint Lauren and Stone Island.
Finally, after a period in an independent wholesaler, his most recent experience is at Philipp Plein, where he drove the E-commerce Department to digital business growth, through commercially driven strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, promotions and site operations.
Since 2016, he has been a lecturer at Bocconi University and Milano Fashion Institute. In 2019 and 2020 he was adjunct professor of Omnichannel Management for the Master in Innovation and Technology Management at Cattolica University, Milan.
