Matteo Moscatelli is a PhD in Organizational and Managerial Sciences and research fellow at the Faculty of Psychology at the Catholic University of Milan, where he teaches Sociology. His research activity focuses on welfare, evaluation-research, social capital, family relations, soft skills and social innovation. He has participated in several national and international scientific conferences. He is the author of books and scientific articles in the field of social services, among which "The evaluation of relational quality" (2013) and the recently published “Welfare for dreamers” (2021).
