OLIVIA SPINELLI, Academic Advisor
Olivia Spinelli is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. After earning her degree in Fashion Design and Management from the University of Urbino, she began her career as a fashion designer, working with major Italian fashion houses such as Dolce & Gabbana (D & G line), Versace (VERSUS women’s collection), Romeo Gigli, and Gianfranco Ferré.
Since 2008, Olivia has run her own design office, creating collections and advising top brands including HTC, Lorena Antoniazzi, Levi's, I Pinco Pallino, La Perla, and Dirk Bikkembergs. She has also led the Fashion Design department at IED Moda, teaching courses in Fashion Design and Final Projects. From 2016 to 2024, she served as Art Director for Fashion Shows and Events and Head of IED Moda, overseeing over 1,200 students annually.
In addition to her work as a fashion designer, Olivia has contributed to the theatrical world, designing costumes for companies like Compagnia della Fortezza, Motus, and Kataklo Dance Company.

TOBIA BERETTA, Managing Director at Fabiana Filippi Spa
Tobia Beretta is an executive with over twenty years of experience in the Luxury, Fashion, and Lifestyle sectors, with a strong background in business development, strategy, and international management. Since December 2024, he has served as Managing Director of Fabiana Filippi, an Italian luxury brand globally recognized for the excellence of Made in Italy, overseeing all Business Units and driving the company’s structural, commercial, and reputational growth.
Previously, he was Vice President of Antonioli Group, one of Europe’s leading players in luxury retail and fashion innovation, with strategic responsibilities across retail, e-commerce, real estate, consulting, and brand incubation. He also served as CEO of Dreamers Factory, leading the international relaunch of Ann Demeulemeester and the launch of new contemporary projects.
His career includes senior leadership roles at iconic companies such as Neil Barrett and Giorgio Armani, where he managed global commercial development, wholesale and retail networks, franchising, and special projects. Recognized for his strategic leadership, international vision, and ability to create long-term value, Tobia Beretta operates with a results-driven approach focused on innovation and sustainable growth.
