Born in Milano, she studied Business Administration at the Bocconi University and at the UCL in Brussels. She enjoys sharing experiences and to stimulate the debate around Sustainable growth and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion themes by regularly participating in round tables, congresses and workshops. Having worked over the past 25+ years in several position in Communication, Serena is passionate about the power of Purpose driven storytelling. She believes business can be a force of good and in her work on ESG focuses on identifying the bridges that connect us, rather than the walls that divides us. Serena holds a university degree in History of Art, just for the fun. She lived and worked in more than 7 countries and is currently living in Amsterdam.
