In 2019, she founded her eponymous consultancy agency in Milan, specializing in Visual Merchandising Management and Creative Retail Design, working within the Fashion Luxury System. She works as a freelance VM for Giada S.p.A Denim Group, managing licensed brands such as Hand Picked and Vilebrequin. She has collaborated with Value Retail Management, Teddy Group, Gattinoni, San Marco, and KIKILAB, the Italian member of Ebeltoft Group International Retail Experts.
She has held managerial roles in the Visual & Retail departments of luxury maisons, the most recent being Alberta Ferretti, supporting Philosophy Lorenzo Serafini. At Philipp Plein International, she was Store Concept & Visual Design Creative Manager, designing the brand’s new retail & visual language. At Valentino Fashion Group, she was a senior designer in the Windows Design & Temporary Installation Dept., responsible for the creative design and installation of pop-ups, temporary stores, corners, and window displays in retail & wholesale channels worldwide. She began her career at XH Group – Studio Exhibita as Executive Designer & Event Manager, working on projects for Fay, Sephora, and Testanera.
She earned a Master’s degree in Interior Design from Politecnico di Milano, Faculty of Design, after completing her Bachelor’s in Industrial Design in Naples with excellent results. She has always translated her passion for fashion into academic lectures. For many years, she has been a specialist lecturer in Master and Professional Courses, focusing on Visual Merchandising, Retail Trends & Store Concept, Fashion Management, and Customer Experience. She teaches at various institutions, including Milano Fashion Institute, IED Milan, IED Brazil, Accademia Costume e Moda, Moodart Fashion School Verona, Università Cattolica, and NABA. She is the Academic Coordinator of the Master in Retail Brand & Customer Experience Management at IULM Milano and a member of its dedicated research observatory.
