Emiliano Sironi is currently an assistant professor in Social statistics within the Department of Statistical Sciences, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan, Italy), where he is also member of the scientific committee of the Center of Applied Statistics in Business and Economics. After having received the PhD degree in Statistics from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), he focused his research interest on the fields of demography, policy evaluation, and application of statistical models to the social sciences.
