MASTER IN FASHION, LAW & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - MIFALAB

The Master in Fashion, Law & Business Management - MIFALAB offers advanced training for the construction of new business models specific to the Fashion and Luxury sector.

Through a multidisciplinary approach, students will acquire the strategic skills necessary to implement these models across various channels, ensuring that brands remain competitive and relevant in an ever-evolving market.

Co-designed with the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI), the program meets the needs of the leading industry brands and is also ideal for those with an entrepreneurial vision, aspiring to launch independent projects in the fashion world.

Behind the apparent simplicity of a smooth and intuitive customer experience lies a complex network of highly qualified experts, such as fashion buyers, marketing managers, and omnichannel strategists. Leading this complexity is a specialized Business & Brand Manager, capable of navigating complex scenarios and making strategic decisions in the exclusive luxury and fashion market, a sector that follows its own distinctive set of rules.

Master: 1st level University Master accredited through Università della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli as formal academic qualifications in accordance with the standards set by the Italian Ministry of Education.

With over 20 years of consulting experience in the US, Middle East, and Europe, Gemma supports clients in a variety of areas, including integrated growth strategies, digital transformation, advanced analytics, and large-scale capability development. She is also committed to supporting leadership development to improve customer experience and drive innovation in the organizations she works with.

Gemma regularly publishes studies and insights on retail, fashion, and luxury topics. She is also responsible for and co-author of the annual “State of Fashion” report, produced in collaboration with Business of Fashion, and the annual Sporting Goods study.

Before joining McKinsey, Gemma worked in the Investment Banking division of JP Morgan in London. Her curiosity led her to gain experience in various countries around the world, from Europe to the United States and the Middle East.
