if you are not in possession of the required documentation (one or more documents), kindly attach a written self-certification in which you declare that you are awaiting for the requested document. You will need to send the documents as soon as they are in your possession.

The following documents must be submitted in original language together with an official translated version in Italian or English and both the original and the translated version must be legalized and stamped by the relevant local Italian authority (for Italian translations: Italian Embassies, Italian Consulates) or by an official translator: - Document indicating the composition of the student’s family household must be provided. This document should indicate all family members (nuclear and extended) registered with the same permanent address as the applicant;

-Declaration of gross annual income for the last calendar year for each of the applicant’s household members who were employed in the available year must be provided. This certification should be issued by the employer;

- Documentation attesting movable assets as of 31 December of the last available year issued by the involved Bank (bank account statement, deposit statement, checking and savings account statement, stocks, dividends, shareholdings, portions of assets net of any companies owned statements, etc) for each family member;
- If one or more of the student’s family members owned real estate properties (ex: apartment, etc): a document indicating the area in square meters of the property and, if any, documents certifying any mortgages on this property and the amount which has not been repaid must be provided. If differently the applicant’s family lives in a rented home, a copy of the rental contract which indicates the rent must be provided;
- If one or more of the student’s family members owned a company or shares: a Balance sheet up to 31 December of the last available year, profit and loss account and a document attesting the number of shares for each family and/or household member. If not, provide a certificate stating the non-possession.
