Location: Hybrid — Milano Fashion Institute Campus, Via G. Durando 38, Milan / Live Streaming
Teaching mode: 100% in-person, with optional remote participation upon request. The course requires in-person attendance at all teaching activities. Remote participation is also available upon request. In case of remote participation, attendance and exam tests will be verified for each session in order to meet the requirements for the Certificate.

Module 4 — Brand Communication Legal Framework for Marketing and Digital Use of images: copyright and image rights. Testimonials, influencers, content creators and product placement: disclosure obligations. Misleading advertising, comparative advertising and ambush marketing.
Module 5 — Fashion Supply Chain and Distribution From Manufacturing to Market: strategic contracts, antitrust and real estate Manufacturing agreements. Distribution and retail: antitrust and real estate considerations.
Module 6 — Sustainability and ESG Compliance ESG as a Strategic Imperative: navigating the sustainability regulatory revolution Overview of EU ESG regulations: CSRD, CSDDD, Taxonomy, SFDR, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products. Enforcement and sanctions.
Module 7 — The Brand in a Global Ecosystem Global Trade Strategy: navigating customs law and geopolitical challenges Customs and international trade framework for fashion. Trade wars and tariffs: impact on the fashion supply chain. Geopolitical scenario analysis and strategies for managing disruption.
Module 8 — Tax and M&A Corporate Transactions & Tax Strategy: M&A, restructuring and tax planning Tax compliance, optimisation and governance. M&A strategies in fashion: valuation, structuring and negotiation.
Final Project
Participants will develop an individual or group project focused on a real legal challenge in the fashion industry, producing a concrete output directly applicable to their professional context.
